This photo was taken about half way through a birthday party.  (28 days before his due date)

 A little less than 8 hours later, this photo was taken.

Andrew decided he was jealous of all the parties that he had been to while trapped inside mommy's belly, I guess, so he decided it was time for him to start having birthdays.

So 12 things about 12 months later:

1. He is an eating MACHINE.  Give him anything and he'll try to eat it, whether or not it's actual purpose is to be food.
2. He already loves girls, particularly blonds.  He likes their hair too, but that's more for pulling than because the hair is beautiful (or I guess in his mind running his hands through)
3. He likes bottles of all sorts...formula, Pepsi, Water whatever, if it's a bottle he likes it.
4. He likes eyes...at least to try to grab them or poke his fingers into them
5. He smells like every other boy - remember he likes to eat
6. He wants to MOVE.  I practically have to tackle him to change his clothes or diaper.
7. Being clean is not on his agenda and wiping his face and hands after eating is considered torture and will probably be able to be used as discipline in future years.  Especially since he thinks time out is something fun as you read in my copy cat post.
8. He wants to be awake...sporadic napper with the occasional call for a 4 a.m. playtime; the boy who slept through the night early in life was teasing us.
9. If all else fails, when Mama holds him he'll calm down
10. He's prone to ear issues and eczema (boo hiss :( )
11. Favorite toys are balls & cars
12. He's WALKING!  He crawls when he wants to get somewhere quickly though!

don't even think about cleaning this face.
